Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, savory Italian sauce, on sourdough bread... and it only takes 10 minutes to make! Kids love both pizza and grilled cheese, so why not combine the two and make it a lunch box favorite!

Ingredients:
| 2 | Sourdough bread slices |
| 1 teaspoon | Olive Oil |
| 2 Tablespoons | Tomato pasta sauce |
| 2 | Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped |
| 1/4 inch slice | Mozzarella cheese (low moisture) |
Method:
- Slice mozzarella cheese in 1/4 inch slice.
- Finely chop fresh basil leaves.
- Cut bread in fun shape, using a round cookie cutter.
- Brush olive oil on the outside of both pieces of bread.
- Spread pasta sauce on the inside of both pieces of sourdough bread.
- Sprinkle chopped basil over pasta sauce.
- Place sliced mozzarella cheese between the two pieces of bread.
- Grill in cover skillet on low heat for 4 minutes.
- Flip sandwich over and grill on other side for another 4 minutes in covered skillet on low heat.
- Remove from heat and let cool before packing it in the lunch box.
