Fresh Raspberries & PB Sandwich

There's no reason a wheat free child can't enjoy a good PB&J! Today's health food markets are beginning to provide some delicious, gluten free, breads choices!

2 Servings
Ingredients:
| 1/4 Cup | Smooth, Peanut Butter |
| 2 Tablespoons | Raspberry jam,100% pure fruit |
| 1/2 Teaspoon | Maple syrup, 100% pure |
| 1/2 Teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1 Cup | Raspberries, fresh |
Method:
- Mix together peanut butter, syrup, vanilla and raspberry jam until well blended.
- Spread nut butter mixture on both top and bottom pieces of bread.
- Press fresh raspberries into spread.
- Press sandwich gently together (this will keep berries from falling out).
Sandwich Options:
Try using other types of nut butters like: almond, or cashew. Mixing in cream cheese to give this recipe a creamer flavor.
