Strawberry Fruit Dip Recipe
An Easy Snack Recipe for Kids!
Now your kids can dip their way into getting more fruit in their diets! Add fruit dip in the lunch box or on snack platters using sliced fruit like apples, strawberries or sliced melon. A great vegetarian snack recipe too.

4 Servings
Ingredients:
| 2 Cups | Strawberries, fresh or frozen (defrosted) |
| 1 Cup | Vanilla yogurt |
| 1/4 Cup | Cream cheese |
Method:
- Defrost frozen strawberries or, if using fresh strawberries, wash thoroughly.
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
Note: Strawberries are a kid-friendly source of fiber and vitamin C.
Options for Strawberry Fruit
Dip:
Low-fat cream cheese tastes great and cuts fat. Pineapple or raspberries are a good recipe substitute. Mix up the texture, adding chopped almonds or walnuts.
