If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please return the item(s) to us, and we will gladly refund you the full amount (shipping & handling charges not included).
All Items must be unopened or proven faulty.
For a refund, or replacement, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
We will refund your credit card upon receiving the returned merchandise and do not refund shipping & handling charges.

If we mis-shipped your order, we will gladly incur the cost for return UPS Ground shipping.
