If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please return the item(s) to us, and we will gladly refund you the full amount (shipping & handling charges not included).

All Items must be unopened or proven faulty.
For a refund, or replacement, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.

We will refund your credit card upon receiving the returned merchandise and do not refund shipping & handling charges.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  Box up the item(s) you're returning including the completed Return Form.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will either ship you the exchanged item (unless you have already ordered it online) or issue you a refund for the product (s) shipping & handling refund not included.

If we mis-shipped your order, we will gladly incur the cost for return UPS Ground shipping.
